Dr. Weivan Huang
Dentist
Dr. Weivan Huang was born in Sydney, where he grew up with his family before moving interstate to attend University. Weivan graduated from Griffith University in 2019, where he completed a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and then later completed a Masters in Dentistry. In 2020, Weivan moved to Forbes, working at both the Forbes Dental Surgery and the West Wyalong Dental Surgery.
Weivan takes an interest in all aspects of general dentistry, with no issue being too much of a challenge for him. He particularly has a special interest in orthodontics (braces, plates), being passionate about the alignment and function of his patients’ bite.
Inside the surgery, Weivan is a fast-paced and efficient dentist. Outside of dentistry, he also enjoys playing a variety fast-paced sports, such as squash, badminton and dragon boating. Occasionally, he tutors students with mathematics, chemistry and physics.

Dr. Rami Osman, BDS
Dentist
Rami is a compassionate and highly skilled dentist with over 5 years of experience in providing exceptional dental care. A graduate of International Tishk University, where he earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree, Dr. Osman further pursued certification through the Australian Dental Council (ADC) to ensure he met the high standards required to practice dentistry in Australia. His successful completion of the ADC qualification exam reflects his commitment to maintaining excellence in his practice.
Throughout his career, Dr. Osman has developed a comprehensive skill set in preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. He is particularly passionate about smile makeovers, and stays up-to-date with the latest advancements and technologies in the field to ensure that patients receive the best treatments available.
Known for his gentle and caring approach, Dr. Osman believes in building strong relationships with patients, understanding their unique needs, and making them feel comfortable and informed throughout every stage of their dental care journey.
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Osman is an active member of professional dental organizations, including the Australian Dental Association, Royal Australian College od Dental Surgeons, where he engages in continuous professional development and peer collaboration.
Outside of the office, Dr. Osman enjoys traveling, volunteering, and spending quality time with his family, further reflecting his commitment to community and personal growth.

Caroline Coulthurst
Oral Health Therapist
Mrs. Caroline Coulthurst was raised on her family’s farm west of Forbes. Completing secondary education at Red Bend Catholic College, she moved to Wagga Wagga for her tertiary studies. In 2011, she graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy & Hygiene from Charles Stuart University. Whilst studying, she worked in the Forbes Dental Surgery before undertaking a short career with NSW Health in Orange. She previously worked at West Wyalong before returning to Forbes in 2013, where she currently operates as the surgeries’ Oral Health Therapist.
Caroline has furthered her industry knowledge by completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Dental Therapy (advanced clinical practice) through the University of Melbourne in 2015. Caroline is passionate about all aspects of dentistry, in particular treating anxious children and preventing dental decay.
Outside of dentistry, Caroline is busy spending time with her family, in raising her two children, Harry, Lucy & Jack. She also enjoys cooking and taking the kids for visits at her family farm.
Dr. Navdeep Dhillon
Tongue-Tie Release Dentist
Dr. Navdeep Dhillon is an experienced general dentist with over 24 years of clinical practice and a special interest in tongue-tie assessment and release surgery. He has performed numerous tongue-tie (frenectomy) procedures across infants, children, and adults, helping improve feeding, speech, oral function, and overall quality of life.
Dr. Dhillon also provides dental implant treatment, including single-tooth, multiple-tooth and full-arch dental implants. Implant treatment is usually provided at the sister clinic in Forbes.
Dr. Dhillon combines gentle, evidence-based care with precise surgical technique, using modern approaches to ensure safe, effective, and comfortable treatment. With a strong background in oral surgery, digital dentistry, and comprehensive patient assessment, he provides high-quality tongue-tie releases with clear post-operative guidance and long-term functional support.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Dr. Dhillon is known for his calm, compassionate manner and his commitment to patient-centred care.

Dr. Mafaz Ullah is a Specialist Oral Surgeon committed to providing exceptional oral surgery and dental implant care with a compassionate, patient-centred approach. He believes every patient deserves to feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their treatment journey.
Our clinic works closely with Dr. Mafaz Ullah to provide patients with access to his specialist oral surgery expertise when advanced surgical care is required. This collaborative approach allows us to support patients throughout their treatment journey and coordinate their care according to their individual needs.
Dr. Mafaz completed his Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Oral Surgery) at the University of Sydney, one of Australia’s leading institutions for specialist dental education. During his specialist training, he gained extensive experience across a broad range of metropolitan and regional healthcare settings throughout New South Wales.
His clinical training includes the Nepean Centre for Oral Health, Nepean Hospital, Westmead Centre for Oral Health, Gosford Hospital, Katoomba Hospital, Ryde Hospital, RNS Community Health Centre, Rosemeadow Community Health Centre, and community dental clinics and hospitals throughout Orange and Dubbo.
With a specialist focus on oral surgery, dental implants, surgical tooth extractions, and complex oral surgical procedures, Dr. Mafaz combines advanced clinical expertise with a calm and caring approach. He is dedicated to achieving excellent clinical outcomes while ensuring every patient receives personalised care tailored to their individual needs.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Mafaz is passionate about education and the advancement of oral surgery. He actively contributes to teaching and research at the University of Sydney, helping educate and mentor future dental professionals.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Mafaz is committed to giving back to the community. As Director of a non-profit organisation, he oversees educational initiatives supporting approximately 1,000 students overseas. He is also a regular speaker and educator, delivering lectures and presentations that inspire and empower healthcare professionals and the wider community.
